Hello Gloria Dei,
Just a short note for you today.
First of all, the Gloria Dei Annual Meeting will be held on Sunday, January 26, at 11:45. We will meet in the sanctuary and hear reports from our Church Council President and from the Gloria Pastors.
In addition, we will review the financials from 2024 and adopt a Financial Plan for Ministry for 2025. There will also be time for any questions and conversation. Please know you are encouraged to attend. We don’t anticipate the meeting going more than one hour. You can also attend online. However, only those attending in person are eligible to vote on our proposed 2025 budget.
The ministry at Gloria Dei continues to thrive, as together, we proclaim Jesus as Savior and Lord and we shine his light into the world.

Secondly, some of you have asked about a way to support those so terribly affected by the wildfires in Southern California. Lutheran Disaster Response does a remarkable job of supporting these efforts where help is needed. If you’d like to donate you can use this link. We keep all those affected, and the firefighters and first responders in our prayers.
